Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong, contact us within 30 days at hello@thecalmcollective.com and we will help make it right.

Subscription renewals can be canceled before the next billing date. Charges that have already been processed may be eligible for refund review based on shipment status.

Because each box contains curated care items, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or safety concern.
